Peter first started working for Highbridge Voices in 2015. He holds a MA from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and a MFA in Theatre Directing from Columbia University in NYC. He’s an avid hiker and skier, and loves to backpack around the world.
Teresa Ranieri has been a District 9, NYC educator for twenty-three years, teaching in the Highbridge community for twenty-one years. While at PS 11 and PS 126, the library was the heart of the classroom as students developed a love of reading. She is currently a Universal Literacy Coach as part of New York City’s Equity and Excellence initiative, supporting teachers in providing an equitable education so that all students are given the opportunity to read and write on grade level by the third grade.
Amanda Rivera is a 2016 graduate of Highbridge Voices. Currently a full-time student at Lehman College, Amanda comes back to Highbridge Voices to assist with both administrative and program needs. You can often find her helping our youngest students with their reading or homework, and she is an outstanding role model to our older students.
Julia Snowden, originally from Massachusetts, is a New York City based Mezzo-Soprano whose reputation for a broad acting range and fine musicianship are finding her in increasingly exciting artistic venues across the United States. Julia has a Masters Degree in Vocal Performance from the Jacobs School of Music at Indiana University.
A graduate of the Highbridge Voices program, Nikita Turnbull earned her high school diploma from St. Jean Baptiste High School on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.
